DeuceDay Trip to the Planetarium

February 12, 2008 marked The Catch 22 Foundation’s 3rd Deuceday for the year. 46 third grade honor roll students from Morton Elementary School in Morton, MS visited the Planetarium in downtown Jackson, MS.

The students saw the movie Rusty Rocket’s Last Blast. They were really excited about the opportunity to interact with the narrator of the movie. The presentation provided them with an opportunity to learn about the planets and solar system.

Before leaving the planetarium, each student was given a brand new backpack to congratulate them on making the honor roll.
