Deuceday Program Gets Off to a Colorful Start!

Deuce McAllister's Catch 22 Foundation is committed to making a difference in the lives of children in the Gulf South Region. As part of this goal, Catch 22 has implemented programs to help nurture the creativity and development of children. Deucedays are a bi-weekly after-school program that takes children on fun outings that they otherwise would not get to experience.

The first ever Deuceday was held on Tuesday, November 14th in Jackson, Mississippi at Paint It My Way (1625 E County Line Rd # 410). Ten children from the Hunter Oaks apartment complex tutoring program were rewarded with an afternoon of painting pieces of pottery. Students chose from a variety of paints and pottery pieces to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
